Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
By consenting to the processing of personal data, the data subject authorizes Pet Technology s. r. o., with its registered office at Ľ. Štúra 194/28, 962 71 Dudince, Company ID: 48281361, Tax ID: 2120122939, VAT ID: SK2120122939, registered in the public register maintained by the District Court Banská Bystrica, section Sro, insert 31053/S (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), to process the following personal data of the data subject in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and GDPR:
- first and last name
- company name
- phone number (if provided)
Note: The address is not collected on the website, so it has been removed.
First and last name, company name, and email must be processed for the purpose of contacting the interested party, providing information about services, verifying interest in the business section, and subsequent communication. These data will be processed by the Controller for 4 years or until the consent is withdrawn.
Processing of Personal Data
By giving consent, the data subject provides explicit consent for the processing of personal data as described above.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, by:

- sending a written request to the Controller’s registered office
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller. Personal data may also be processed by the following processors:

Rights to Rectification, Erasure, and Access to Personal Data
Under the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR, the data subject has the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time,
- request information about which personal data we process,
- request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to personal data and demand their update or correction,
- request deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten),
- request restriction of processing,
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic if there is suspicion that the Controller is violating its obligations.
